1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the use of the scanuabot Telegram bot and its associated website. By accessing or using the service, the user confirms agreement with these Terms and our Privacy Policy (Datenschutz).
scanuabot is an automated information search, monitoring, and notification service. The service operates strictly as a technical aggregator of public data: it monitors publicly available information and contact details voluntarily published by sellers (listing authors) for general public access on public online platforms to sell goods, apparel, motor vehicles, or real estate. The service does not conduct hidden data collection, does not store confidential personal data, and serves solely as a technical monitoring tool.
scanuabot is not a marketplace, online retailer, vendor, purchaser, payment agent, or party to any transaction.
2. Service Description
The service allows users to:
- select supported platforms — OLX (Ukraine and Poland), Vinted (Poland, Germany, United Kingdom, USA), AUTO.RIA, DOM.RIA, LUN, or REM — and configure available search parameters;
- save search queries by category, location, price, keywords, minus-words (negative keywords), and other supported filters;
- receive Telegram alert cards with publicly available listing data (title, price, photos, description, publication timestamp) and public contact details of the seller (phone number, seller name, communication links) when made publicly available by the author on the source platform;
- navigate via direct links to original listing pages or checkout screens (including one-click checkout redirection on Vinted) to inspect complete listing information and contact the seller directly.
The service operates solely as a technical aggregator of open public contacts and listing data published by sellers. The scope of data and filters depends on the source platform and its public search results. scanuabot does not publish listings on behalf of users, does not act as an intermediary, and does not execute transactions.
3. Access via Telegram
No separate registration on the website is required. Access is created upon the first interaction with the bot and is tied to the user's Telegram ID.
The user is responsible for the security of their Telegram account and must not transfer access credentials to third parties. Actions performed through the user's account are considered executed by that user unless proven otherwise.
4. User Rules
The user agrees to:
- use the service lawfully and respect the rights of third parties and listing authors;
- use acquired public seller contact details (including phone numbers) exclusively for direct, bona fide inquiries regarding the purchase of the advertised item, vehicle, or property;
- strictly refrain from utilizing acquired contact data for unsolicited bulk messages (spam), cold calls, automated robocalls, deceptive marketing, compiling databases for resale, harassment, or any actions violating personal data protection legislation;
- independently comply with the terms of the third-party platforms to which links lead;
- verify the authenticity of the listing, seller, goods, or properties directly on the source platform;
- refrain from using the service for fraud, phishing, or other illegal activities;
- not attempt to disrupt service operation, circumvent access controls, obtain unauthorized access, or generate unreasonable server load.
Upon receiving substantiated complaints from sellers or platforms regarding misuse of contact data (spamming, nuisance calling, database harvesting) or breach of third-party rules, scanuabot reserves the right to immediately and unilaterally terminate bot access without refund for any unused period.
5. Access and Payments
The service may provide both free features and paid plans. Current conditions, validity periods, pricing, and accepted payment methods are displayed directly in the Telegram bot prior to payment confirmation.
Payments are processed by Telegram or external payment providers. scanuabot does not receive or store payment card numbers or complete bank details, retaining only operational transaction IDs and statuses to provision subscription access.
Paid access is provided for the selected billing period and does not renew automatically unless explicitly stated before payment. Inquiries regarding failed transactions or refunds are handled through customer support in compliance with payment provider terms and applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. scanuabot strives to maintain stable operation but does not guarantee continuous availability, zero errors, or fixed notification detection or delivery latency.
The appearance of a listing depends on when and how the source platform displays it in public search results, platform uptime, and network conditions.
scanuabot does not verify listing authenticity, item condition, or the accuracy of phone numbers provided by sellers. The service bears no liability for actions taken by buyers or sellers, the quality, safety, or legality of items or properties, nor for any financial settlements, advance payments, transactions, or disputes between users and third parties. Users make decisions regarding communications, calls, and purchases entirely at their own discretion and risk.
The service is not a participant in transactions, does not reserve or purchase items on its own behalf, and bears no responsibility for item availability, cancelled reservations, checkout performance on source platforms (including Vinted and OLX), or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
The scanuabot brand name, website design, original copy, and software code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws or used on lawful grounds.
Listings, photographs, descriptions, titles, and trademarks of third-party platforms belong to their respective authors and rights holders. Mentions of OLX, Vinted, AUTO.RIA, DOM.RIA, LUN, and REM are used solely for descriptive reference to data sources and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by the rights holders.
The user acquires no intellectual property rights in third-party content or scanuabot proprietary materials beyond ordinary personal use of the service.
8. Amendments, Termination, and Listing Author Rights
scanuabot may update features and these Terms, and temporarily suspend operations during maintenance or in case of security threats, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Users may terminate their use of the service at any time by stopping or deleting active search queries and ceasing interactions with the bot. Requests for data deletion may be submitted separately through support.
Listing Author Inquiries (Notice & Takedown): If a seller (listing author) wishes to exclude their publicly available listings or contact details from our monitoring feed, they may submit an exclusion request to customer support at @scanuasupport. Requests are prioritized and contacts/listings are added to our technical exclusion list.
